We threw a birthday party for Jayden last Sunday, a day earlier as it is a weekend. His official birthday is on 29th of Nov. Anyway, the party was also acting as an unofficial house warming for those who have not been to our new nest, since the party is held at our new premise.
The party was definitely a very interesting and happy occasion. However, it wasn't quite a good experience on the other hand. An overwhelming flow of guests arrived, quite a lot of unexpected arrivals actually. I feel honored that a lot of people are making the effort to come (giving face!) but also feeling rather disappointed because more than 20+ did not RSVP with us their attendance despite my repetitive re-confirmation with them.
Hence it caused quite a mess especially in food supply as some of the people who has RSVP and turned up late didn't get to eat anything!! I wouldn't mind of their (those who din RSVP) coming but I would really prefer and appreciate if they RSVP with us so we can prepare enough food for everyone, instead of wasting too much food like what happened last year.
We ended up having the chef (thank God he was here!!) to cook anything we could find from our fridge. And my eldest sister in law has to drive all the way out to buy some satay and drinks back to serve all the hungry guests.
If only Malaysian friends (sorry for Stereotyping) can be a little more thoughtful and responsible, perhaps understanding.. Anyway, it was quite a disgrace for us.. :o(

This is such a wonderful useful resource that you are providing and you give it absent free of charge. I love seeing web sites that understand the value of providing a quality useful resource for free. It?s the old what goes around comes around program..
