On the following days, I would say a visit to the Caversham Wildlife Park was Jayden's most enjoyable trip ever.. He got to sit on his favorite choo-choo train, well not exactly a train but a tram that is good enough to make his day! :P
Jayden: "All Aboard!!!"
Checking out the tracks..
Jayden said the controller is Sir Topham Hatt
Yum yum Ice Cream
Not just that, for the first time ever, he (us too!) got to pat and hug the kangaroos, watch the kangaroos hopping around, hug the wombat, pat the koala, feed animals like Llama, donkeys, rabbits and well, being in a farm to meet those animals he only sees in books!! :P When we were thirsty and tired, we had fish and chips for our lunch and some freezing ice cream despite the cold weather.. yum!! :P
Our buddy lost control.. :P
I forgot what it is.. It has hard scales and soft feet
Lazy wombat!! Hehhe
Feeding Llama and Donkey..
Cute huggable Koalas!! :o)
Other than that, we got to Fremantle, a scenic harbour and market I would say. All I can say is it's such a beautiful place with great food.. We got to try the 'chili mussels', authentic pizza and in house brew beer @The Little Creature, which was highly recommended by Gobie. Yum!! :o)
Enjoying ice cream..
Lovely..
A very happy family.. :o)
Authentic Pizza.. Jayden has stolen all the sundried tomatoes
Chili Mussels - We forgot to take a pix before having, this is the end result.. LOLs
The next thing we did was to visit our migrant friends.. So little did we know that we have so many friends there.. Well, that's with a bit of exaggeration.. Hehehe.. We paid a visit to all friends that Jayden called Uncles.. Uncle Lai & family, Uncle Donald and family, Uncle Aaron and family, and nevertheless Uncle Thomas! :o)
Last but not least, we had a great time at some vineyards trying out wines and chocolates at the Margaret River Chocolate Factory.. We bought some yummy chocolates there and Jayden had the sweetest time of all! Many many thanks to Uncle Aaron for spending a day bringing us all around these fab places.. Hehehe.. :P
On our very last day, Gobie has brought us around exploring the city centre to places we have not touched like the famous Bell Tower and others. After that, we have a cool time chilling out at the Wembley Community Golf Course which is right opposite Gobie's house about 10-15min walk away.. That's the place that I got drunk when Gobie insisted to buy me a glass of red wine which I just finished half.. Imagine.. I dropped on the floor.. It was that bad!! Well, it's one of the most memorable experience in my life..
Honey and Gobie, our best host ever!!
Life is great having great friends all around us.. It's such a blessing.. :o)
