Charger!

Today is a long long day!!! It's a fun-filled day packed with activites from going to Gymboree to shopping to visiting friends.. JJ was super tired so and was like knocked out immediately once I put him to bed after bathing.

Even though everything was in a rush when we got home, JJ still managed to catch up with his toys during his "changing time" (that's the session between "after bath" and "before sleep"). Normally he has a proper "Changing Time", followed by a short "Toys Time" and finally "Story Time".

Due to the rush today, JJ combined his Changing Time and Toys Time altogether skipping Story Time. During the "Rush Hour" half way playing his toys, all the sudden, he went to take Daddy's charging phone. He removed the phone from the charger plug, dragged the charger plug towards his toys, and tried to connect the plug to his favorite toy - the story piano with the microphone!!

That was soooooooooooooooooooooooo CUTE!!!! I am so amazed that he knows that's a charger... and huh... he understood how it works??!!?? Reason being his microphone was spoilt.. it doesn't work for God's know why.. guess the cable is spoilt!

But really, I am truly amazed by his.. logical thinking at such young age???

Today is the day that JJ pen down on the wall!!! Here comes the nightmare that we have been long worried I guess.. the nightmare of wall painting by JJ!! Without further elaborate what is wall painting by a toddler of 14months, let's check out his mini sketching!

JJ First Move that He Cares about Other Children

Our toddler's program has new students almost every fortnightly. As usual, most students cry really really hard during the first few weeks, hopefully not month! Nicsen, our newest student in our class, appeared to be calm and steady for teh first 2 classes. However, he soon learned that mommy left him after bringing him to school. Third class onwards, he cried nonstop the moment he entered the school!!!

Since this is just the second week Nicsen has been with us, as usual he cried this morning. I was trying really hard to console him by speaking with him. Then, JJ came over to touch his head to show his love and care, yes that's his sign of 'sayang' (caress with love) and when Nicsen didn't stop crying, JJ then walked to take a piece of tissue paper from the tissue box and wipe Nicsen's face!!! Wow!!! How's that??? I'm so proud of JJ!!! Hehehe :o)

Put On Shoes

JJ wanted to go out for a walk in the yard. So I just let him be.. and I told him that he must wear his shoes first whenever he wanna go out of the house (that's just my way of educating him). :P

He was excited when he saw me taking his shoes from the shoe rack. And he sat down when I placed his shoes right in front of him. To my amazement, he lift up his left foot and try to put inside the shoes when I was holding the shoes!! Wow!! JJ wanna learn to put on his shoes by himself I think.. Hehehe. :o)

Tickle Tickle

Lately, Mommy has been playing a new game with JJ. This game is nothing new to us but something new to JJ - the TICKLE game! I didn't tickle him when he was much younger as the olders commented that it is not too good. Since JJ is already 14months old, I think he should be able to start this game. :)

Very quickly, my little one learned!! JJ found out that his feet are ticklish! Thanks to Mommy for tickling his body often these few days. :P That's not it!! His new knowledge gave him the idea that others will be ticklish too.. I am surprised that he can relate things together nicely and how things work..

And yes, you got it right!! He tickles my feet everytime my feet is within the vicinity of his eyes!! :P

Clean Up

Mommy has a bad habit, that is to put JJ diaper onto the floor, before throwing it into the dustbin. It is a lazy habit that I must get rid of before JJ learned that! :o( However, JJ learned that before I got rid of the bad habit. :S

Just now after changing his diaper, I put his used diaper on the floor as usual. And the next thing happened was JJ climbed down the bed, walked to the used diaper, picked it up and threw it into the dustbin!! Wow!! Mommy is impressed!! :o) At least he is helping me to tidy up!! :P

Answering a Call

Jayden learns how to use a phone.. He will put the phone on his ear every now and then and talk in his baby language.. However, he is yet to get the right coordination of his ear.. instead of putting the phone on his ear, he puts it on the back of his ear!! That's close!!! :P

JJ Walk & Shop

JJ has been wandering around directionlessly.. he likes to visit all the retail shops and then take a look at the products sold in the shops.. it's like he is on window shopping!! Check out his video taken yesterday when we were out on CNY shopping spree!! :o)
