Jayden's 1st Birthday Cake

First of all, I would like to thank Faith for baking such a nice yummy eggless milkless butterless moist chocolate cake with fondant. Nevertheless, I love the cute design.. Not just that, at Jayden's birthday party, adults admired it, kids loved it!

Everyone was taking picture of the cake and the photo session took about an hour to finish. Hehe. Even my MIL who doesn't like to eat cake had a few servings of the cake and said she really likes to eat the cake! Wow!

Another more amazing discovery about the cake, I just found out that having this cake frozen is really really good!!! It tastes almost like cookies and cream ice cream, the texture is surprisingly soft enough to spoon - a little harder than normal ice cream but definitely softer than scooping Ben&Jerry and so on.. Hehehe.. I think it should taste better if it has fresh cream to go with! :P
