The End of Nightmare!

Things weren't going really well for Jayden as well as for mommy in school. It has been 4 tiring months since Jayden was enrolled. Throughout the passed 4 months, I have been feeling extra guilty whenever I saw Jayden was fighting with the exhaustion after school. Worse, due to my exhaustion too, my temperament has gone so wild that sometimes I could no longer control it. This was further excellerated and worsen as there were some unfavorable incidents happened to me at school. :(

There were many times that I, unknowingly or I'd say.. unconsciously, threw tantrum on my little child.. this especially made me feel superb guilty. Anger and frustration were diverted to Jayden with scolding, staring, glaring, shaking, shouting, screaming.. arghh.. you name it.. Everytime I threw my tantrum I feel extra guilty that I cried most of the nights. I'm kinda worried that it will somehow turn me into depression again.

Looking back, I felt myself like a devil. Flashing back how I treated my beloved Jayden way before I decided to put him to school, I saw a huge distinction. No wonder Jayden had been smiling lesser compared to when he was younger!!! :'( Well, all the nightmare was finally put into an end. I decided to quit school, for both Jayden and me.

It's been almost 2 weeks since we left SAL. And what's better, I think we have slowly settled with the new routine back to where we were before starting school. And not just that, Jayden is obviously smiling more.. laughing more.. Yes my laughing Buddha is back!!! Nevertheless he is hardly cranky nowadays as he gets his rest! :o)

I seriously think that I have made the right decision. :o)

Imitating Adults Activities

Jayden has been heavily imitating our routines lately.

Few days, MIL found him taking a cup and a pen, put the pen into the cup, and stir! After stirring, he put the cup to his mouth and drink (as if he is drinking something!!). And what's that?? He was imitating Mommy making oatmilk and drink it.. Mommy does that everyday!! LOLs.

There was also a time I spotted Jayden taking MIL's chair, climbed and sat onto the chair, then put his hands together and pray (the way the Buddhist pray). What is this again? This is what MIL does everyday!! Hahaha

Oh boy oh boy.. my little boy is getting cheekier!! :P

More Teething???

I am guessing more teeth and the molars are coming up.. JJ has been soothing his gums with his fingers and hands (he almost eat the whole palm!!) for days with too much drooling.. saliva's dripping nonstop!! It must have hurted him so much that lately he has been having interrupted sleep.. Poor lil boy.. :S

While hubby and I were watching TV in the living room yesterday night, suddenly JJ woke up, went down the bed, walked out of the bedroom to the living room and make a calling sound looking for me!! I was shocked because this has never happened. Normally he would not wake up for milk for the first 4hours or more. But it was only barely 2hours after he slept. :S

Undeniably, he was having interrupted sleep throughout the night. He kept waking up and having hard time getting back to sleep. I felt so sorry for him hence I put him in the cradle to ease his sleep. Not too much of a wise idea because he caught a cold the next day! And now he is having slight fever. :o(

I feel so bad I hope and pray for a quick recovery..

Walking Up the Staircase

Wow.. JJ was walking up the staircase yesterday!! Well, I should say I just found that out!!! He has been doing that since sometimes ago, well reason being I wasn't watching him when he was going upstairs. I thought he was just crawling up... Hmmm.. My lil monster has grown up so much. He is smart enough to hold the side bars of the handrail for support.

Not just that, he is now trying to walk down the staircase!! I guess he should be able to master the skill very soon.. This is definitely a reminder for mommy to keep an eye on him as walking downstairs is pretty dangerous. I am excited to see him learning a new skill! :)

Wearing Pants while Standing

Jayden has been very cooperative during dressing time.. this happens sometimes ago since last month if I am not mistaken. By now, he can already lift up his leg and slip it into his pants, all by himself!! Applause!!! :o)

Our communication has gotten so much better now as he can absolutely understand me without fail. He also starts to imitate some of the words I said though not very successful yet.. like dog, meow (cat), car etc.. But I think he is doing great! :)
