1st Cinema Visit

After a long wait, we have our first cinema visit, well it's Jayden's first movie to be exact, and our first cinema visit after 2 years of waiting!!!

The very first show Jayden watched in a cinema was Harry Potter!! :o) Wow!! We have "potter" our life!! Hahaha..

Jayden had been watching attentively for the first hour, sitting without moving and seemed like he was enjoying the show. Guess something has finally spiking his butt that he started asking to leave.

Daddy sacrified his movie time by bringing him out for a brisk walk. I think they came back after 15-20minutes. But this time Jayden was not as peaceful as before, he had been asking to leave every now and then. We tried to trick and pacify him with popcorn, drinks and soft candy to engage him with movie. It lasted a fair while before he asked Daddy for a walk again.

They came back after I don't know how long, but this time is worst. Jayden totally refused to sit so he was standing (not on the chair!) and I tried to drop the bottle and got him to search for it. :P It successfully stole a bit of his time. And finally, I showed him those video clips of him that I recorded on my phone. And it kept him lasted till the show ended! Yay!!!!

Since he didn't shout or make loud noise in the cinema.. I would say our first movie outing is considered a SUCCESSFUL one!! :o)

It's awful and terrible.. What's going on?? :o(

I barely can recognize my sweet little Jayden anymore.. Other than his signature laughs and smiles, sometimes hugs and kisses, and some of his 'in-good-mood' times..

For the passed one week, he has turned himself to a total unrecognizable monster!! He would indulge is attention seeking devices such as grabbing my arms, pulling my shirt, attacking my face, hitting me, doing all the forbidden things like turnover the trash basket, pouring drinks on the couch, refusing to take showers, unfolding all the folded clothes, and last but not least, refusing to obey and be a good boy anymore!!! :o(

Not just that, he is also very autonomous and we have to obey by doing everything his way such as no-TV for parents but his favorite movies all the time, we must get dressed and put on our shoes when he decided to go out for whatever reasons (walk, playground, drive, etc).

I feel so awful and terrible sometimes that I think to myself that I really need to discipline this little child. I have been very firmed with him and spanked him a few times (I feel guilty!!!) but I feel he becomes more resistant and monstrous because of this. Maybe he just couldn't accept the fact that I will whack him.. :o(

I have also tried reasoning to him but he just wouldn't give me a second and listen!! His best favorite quotes are "Go-Go", "No", "No-No", "No-No-No"!! Argh... I need help!! How to discipline this child of mine without much scolding, whacking or punishment?

T2 Yet???

These few days Jayden has been so mischievous and misbehaved that really got on my nerves.. :o(

He is rather cranky and emotional lately which is definitely a no-good to mommy.. Frustrated me runs out of ideas.. I have tried being strict with him, giving him lots of TLC, scolding him, but all attempts didn't work a single bit.

Plus lately he has been waking up 2-3 times a nite (Why? I don't know!!) and it's pretty exhausting for us too.. Perhaps this is what causing him to be cranky.. emotional and upset especially when I get frustrated and scolded him. Sigh...

Guess mommy is in really bad shape now.. Need to improve my spiritual quotient a lot!!!

Mr NO

Lately Jayden likes to say No... No No No No No.. whether his real answer is yes or no, he still says no..

Mommy was really crossed with him just now.. For some reasons, he kept on doing some mistakes, I know it is hard for him too as he doesn't wish he would have done those.. But the bad temper invaded Mommy as the mistakes come one afer another, even before I got the previous fixed..

Anyway.. after all the incidents, Mommy has finally cooled down and given this little Mr NO a hug and a kiss.. While walking hand in hand, Mommy said "Jayden has been a bad boy today!" and the lil monster said "NO".

Oh dear.. I am speechless.. :S

Mini House Warming with Besties

Last Sunday, we hosted a mini house warming exclusively for my besties (our family friends) namely Leong (Yvonne, Leon & Lucia) and Ong (Danielle, Kovsky, Maximus) families.

It was such a pleasure to be able to spend a fun-filled and enjoyable evening with them, not to mention our kids had so much fun with their playmates.. :o)

All the little ones turned their head towards the TV when a song suddenly broke the silence!! :P

All the little ones' hands were holding something.. :P

JJ was so excited with huge reaction when he saw an incident (I forgot what it is) in the movie.. :P
